A steep for times when you need a moment of rest, to feel at peace and relax the body and mind. Formulated for bedtime or any time of day when you need calm and comfort. Safe and enjoyed by all ages.

Ingredients: Spearmint, chamomile, passionflower, lemon balm, rose, lavender, and cinnamon chips

Caffeine: None

Flavor: Balanced, mild, light mint and florals

Brewing: Use 2 tsp. to infuse one cup. Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and let steep for 5-8 minutes. Strain and add honey if desired.
