Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled during normal shop hours which are currently Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. Shipping is primarily fulfilled through USPS and UPS. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and unable to be delivered, we will re-ship it to the corrected address, for an additional fee, once the original package is returned to us.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please ensure to provide a correct email address at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, please reach out directly to the carrier with any questions. We are unable to locate a package once it has left our shop. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
